本文对四川省优势能源资源开发现状进行了阐述，重点分析了全国最大清洁能源基地四川水电支柱产业的发展规模和面临的主要矛盾，对风电、太阳能、页岩气等新能源产业发展形势，以及天然气资源勘探和产能开发，电网设施建设、能源电力结构调整等重点项目进展进行评述。本文预测认为：能源革命将为四川能源电力产业发展带来一系列机遇和挑战，2015年四川能源生产将保持3%～5%、年发电量15%左右的稳定增长态势。
<<The paper describes current situation of the advantages of energy resource development in Sichuan Province，mainly focusing on biggest clean energy base，that is，scale of hydropower development in Sichuan and their conflicts. It is predicted that the energy revolution will bring a series of opportunities and challenges for the development of electric power energy industry in Sichuan. And 2015 Sichuan energy production will remain 3% to 5%，the annual generating capacity of about 15% of steady growth.
