Based on Sichuan’s financial development in the first half of 2014，the characteristics and major future influential factors of Sichuan’s financial system are analyzed. Historical data and correlation methods are used to focus on analysis and forecast about important economic indexes of Sichuan’s banking industry and multi-level capital markets. It is concluded that the depth and process of national financial reforms have a macro dominant and determinant effect on local economic development. Related market players should actively take action，while local government should play a better role in promoting local financial development and strengthening control of local financial risks.
