From January to Augus，2014，Sichuan saw a steady rise of the provincial public fiscal income，with non-tax income contributing 32.1% of the total growth in fiscal income. Fiscal expenditure keeps growing quickly，as input intensity increases in the fields of people’s livelihood，industrial development and infrastructure construction. With the implement of “one zone one road” national strategy and Tianfu New Area upgrading to national level，the sustainable development of Sichuan’s economy has been put on a firmer basis. It is predicted preliminarily that 2015 will see a relative large increase in provincial local fiscal income compared to 2014，the growth rate about 10%.
