In December 2013，Shinzo Abe，the Japanese Prime Minister，visited the Yasukuni Shrine，which brought the Sino-Japanese relations into a tension state as “cold economy and cool politics” by casting a dark cloud on the deteriorating Sino-Japanese relations since the Japanese government “purchasing Island” in 2012 illegally. The Abe regime，on one hand，has been breaking through the exercise of official explanation on the collective self-defense since the post-war decades，following with the pace of country normalization；on the other hand，carrying out the “values” diplomacy actively holding the banner of “active pacifism”，while forming a significant external challenges to China’rise gradually. Currently，the Sino-Japanese relation is difficult to improve fundamentally in the short term due to the strategic game with re-positioning the bilateral relations in the running-in state.
