“共建21世纪海上丝绸之路”是新时期中国新一届政府提出的重要倡议，体现了团结互信、平等互利、包容互鉴、合作共赢的新丝路精神，是建设中国—东盟命运共同体的重要路径之一。东盟国家是21世纪海上丝绸之路的重要起点，也是21世纪海上丝绸之路的重要支点之一。共建21世纪海上丝绸之路，不仅能夯实中国与周边国家的友好基础，而且能构筑包括东盟在内的命运共同体。
<<Co-Building 21st Century Maritime Silk Road is an important initiatives. This initiatives demonstrate the new sprit of new silk road in unity and mutual trust，quality and mutual benefit，inclusive and mutual learning，and this is one of path of building China-ASEAN Destiny Community. ASEAN Countries are important start points in 21st century maritime silk road，it is also one of important pivots. Co-building 21st century maritime silk road not only can strengthen the friendly foundation，but also can build human beings destiny community including China-ASEAN.
