From June 27 to 30，2013，South Korean president Park Geun-hye paid a successful state visit to China and the two countries jointly issued the China-ROK Joint Statement for the Future and the Action Plan to Enrich China-ROK Strategic Cooperative Partnership，which further enhanced the mutual trust and enriched the China-ROK strategic cooperative partnership between them. From that on，China-South Korea relations have entered a new round of high-speed development period. Further improving the China-ROK strategic cooperative partnership not only has a broad and deep solid foundation，but also have a very geo-strategic significance. China-ROK strategic cooperation has great potential and very bright prospects，so the both sides should actively promote the relations in the direction of the comprehensive strategic partnership. Therefore，we need to give priority to solving the problems faced in the development of bilateral relations and actively explore the path of enrichment and development of China-ROK strategic cooperative partnership.
