Building a new political and social relationship as a breakthrough point，Pudong constantly increases its support and supervision service for social organizations. The development environment is better coordinated with the economic and social development with a more reasonable structure and stronger function. The management pattern of social organizations is basically formed by effective supervision，good guidance and democratic autonomy. Social organizations are playing an increasingly important role in the development of society，such as undertaking the functions transferred by the government，integrating social resources，guiding social participation，promoting industrial development，and coordinating the social relationships. A large number of social organizations，which have some social influence and distinctive characteristics，are growing up in Pudong，This report analyzes the development，features and functions of the social organizations，as well as the exploration，practice and prospect of Pudong.
