The theme of the development of Wuhan city is the construction of National Central City group. We must deepen economic system reform in an all-round manner to promote the construction of national central city at present. Wuhan is making comprehensive plans and getting some development for deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises and the regulatory system for state-owned assets，the reform of promoting access system for market subjects，promoting the reform and innovation of finance，deepening the fiscal and tax system，etc. in 2014. The key point of deepening economic system reform further in the future is as following. First，we should develop the reform and innovation of the system for science and technology and the combination of science and technology with economics quickly. Second，we should accelerate the reform of circulation system and market system around the target of constructing the trade center. Third，we should accelerate the reform of finance system and the construction of credit system around the target of constructing the finance center. Forth，we should accelerate the construction of modern industrial system around the target of constructing high level manufacturing center.
