北京作为我国的政治、文化、国际交往和科技创新中心,人力资本对其经济的快速发展发挥了巨大的推动作用。天津和河北在地缘上与其紧密联系,虽然人力资本积累路径不同,但人力资本特征因素相互影响、相互作用,在一体化背景下表现出人力资本发展的互动关系。本文基于1985~2010年“中国人力资本面板数据库”,定量分析了北京市人力资本积累的具体特点,并进一步对京津冀人力资本和固定资本的配比关系和生产效率进行了对比分析。本文还运用DIVISIA指数分解法对京津冀地区的人力资本积累路径进行了具体分析,结果表明,反映三地区人力资本积累路径差异的人力资本特征因素具有较强的互补性,进一步发挥市场机制的资源配置作用,促进三地区形成统一的劳动力市场,引导劳动力按提升生产效率的要求自由流动,有助于三地人力资本积累方式的持续优化和进一步发展。
<<Human capital plays an important role in promoting the development of Beijing’s economy. Tianjin and Hebei are close to Beijing,forming a “Great Capital Area.” Based on 1985-2010 “China Human Capital Panel Database”,we analyzed the human capital distribution in the “Great Capital Area.” Moreover,we discussed the relative magnitude between human capital and physical capital,as well as their relative efficiency in the economy. We also investigated the contribution of some important factors to the growth of human capital. Those factors include urbanization,education,aging and gender. This study will shed some lights on the human capital aspects for the proposed unification of three provinces/cities into the “Great Capital Area.”
