Pushed by the all-round deepening of economic and social reform，guided and encouraged by the central government and regional governments，the China’s human resource service reached a new stage in 2013，and progressed in all aspects. In the paper，with the statistic on the industry of the recent 2 years，the present situation of the China’s human resource service was analyzed from aspects of scale，business type，practitioners，human resource flow allocation and areal distribution；on the basis，major problems in development of the industry were pointed out and the suggestion of guiding and encouraging accelerated development of the industry by governments was given.
