在经济社会全面深化改革的推动下,以及中央和地方政府的引导鼓励下,2013年我国人力资源服务业发展又迈上了一个新台阶,各方面有了新的发展,本报告运用近两年人力资源服务业的有关统计数据,从行业规模、业态发展、从业人员、流动配置、区域发展、产业园等方面,对我国人力资源服务业做了分析,并指出了当前我国人力资源服务业发展中存在的主要问题,提出了政府引导鼓励人力资源服务业加速发展的建议。
<<Pushed by the all-round deepening of economic and social reform,guided and encouraged by the central government and regional governments,the China’s human resource service reached a new stage in 2013,and progressed in all aspects. In the paper,with the statistic on the industry of the recent 2 years,the present situation of the China’s human resource service was analyzed from aspects of scale,business type,practitioners,human resource flow allocation and areal distribution;on the basis,major problems in development of the industry were pointed out and the suggestion of guiding and encouraging accelerated development of the industry by governments was given.
