On the foundation of employment of college graduates in recent years，this paper starts with the connotation analysis of employment of higher quality，and summarizes new progress in policies of the employment of college graduate. In addition，it points out the challenges in the instruction on the employment of college graduates in China while referring to the change in the supply-demand trend of the labor market. Then it also introduces experiences and methods of improving the quality of employment of college graduates in developed countries. At last，it expounds suggestions on reform of technical instruction on improving the employment of college graduates in China，and further improving the quality of the employment of college graduates.
