Based on the analysis concerning the evolution of fixed asset investment situation in Henan Province during the first three years of the 12th Five-Year Plan，this thesis emphatically stresses the current investment situation in the first three quarters of 2014 as well as the growth rate of investment，structures of investment and the three main industries，the structure of industrial investment，investments of real estate and industrial cluster districts and so on，affirming the positive factors while identifing the existing problems. Last but not the least，the development prospect of Henan investments under the new normal is discussed in this thesis.
