Based on the feature of the new condition and requirement of Advanced-manufacturing province，in combination with the current situation of the development of Henan province，this paper gives out a comprehensive summary of Henan’s industrial development from January to September in 2014. Furthermore，on the basis of the analysis of the situation at external and internal environment，the process，industrial development in Henan province in 2014，was forecasted and the key on Henan’s industrial development in 2015 was put forward.
