    2014年中国深化教育领域综合改革迈开新步伐

    摘要

    2014年是贯彻落实党的十八届三中全会精神、全面深化改革的第一年,针对教育领域的改革因涉及面和覆盖面广,尤其是涉及每个公民的切身利益,深受社会关注和期待。2014年以“牵一发而动全身”的重点领域和关键环节为突破口,推出小学升入初中制度(“小升初”)、现代职业教育体系建设、考试招生制度等一系列改革新政,关键是各地及学校要因地制宜地认真施行,上下合力,内外互联,在促进教育事业优先发展、公平发展方面取得实质性进展。

    Abstract

    The year of 2014 is a critical year for the implementation of the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee and the launch of comprehensively deepening reforms strategy. Regarding education system reform,it covers many areas which are closely related to every person’s interests,and receive extensive attention from society. Therefore,the reform agenda should set the general public and all teachers and students’ expectation as the starting point,and directly deal with problems which hinder the promotion of education equity and quality. A series of policies and measures for deepening comprehensive reform in the field of education have been taken this year,mainly including regulating admission avenues from primary schools to secondary school,constructing modern vocational educational system,reforming and improving examination and enrollment system and so on.

    The key point is to mobilize both central and local governments,and both public and private sectors to collaborate in terms of enhancing education priority and promoting education equality,and make sure that enough space be reserved for local governments to adjust measures to local conditions at the same time.
