本报告以地方政府基本公共服务力评价指标体系为依据,对全国38个主要城市(包括直辖市、省会城市、经济特区和计划单列市)的公共服务现状进行系统评价和比较研究,通过2014年与2013年的数据变化,全面揭示主要城市公共服务满意度的基本情况及发展变化,并根据不同的分类标准对不同类型城市的基本公共服务满意度评价情况进行对比分析。从总体来看,东部城市的基本公共服务满意度评价得分要高于中部和西部的城市;直辖市的基本公共服务满意度得分最高,计划单列市次之,经济特区和省会城市总体满意度得分相对较低。
<<This report reveals the satisfaction of the basic public service of major cities in China after an system assessment and comparative study of local public service situation in 38 major cities (including Municipalities\Provincial Capitals\Special Economic Zones and Cities Specifically Designated in the State Plan),by researching the changes of annual data between 2014 and 2013,in accordance with the evaluation index system of local government’s ability of basic public service. A comparative analysis based on the assessment of the situation about the satisfaction of basic public services in different types of cities and different criteria is also included. From the overall,the evaluation score of Eastern cities on the satisfaction of basic public services are higher than that of the central and western cities,and the average score of basic public service satisfactoriness of the municipalities is the highest among four types of cities which are involved with this assessment,while the average satisfaction score of cities specifically designated in the state plan takes the second place. The overall satisfaction scores of four special economic zones and 27 provincial capitals are relatively low.
