In 2014，China’s economy preliminarily interrupted the growth deceleration trend since 2011，but its recovery process stagnated. In 2015，China’s economy should sustain proactive fiscal policy and prudent monetary policy and，through the counter-cycle operation of accommodative demand management，effectively promote the comprehensive normalization of economic condition，so as to achieve the final transition of business cycle from depression to prosperity.
