Due to economic development in continual high speed，resources restriction and structural adjustment，China’s economic development has entered into the phase of “the new normal”. In 2015，researchers and economic experts should gives comprehensive overviews of the new standard，the new speed，and the new quality，in order to promote the understanding of “the new normal”. China should pinpoint the goals and direction of economic structural adjustment. In order to strengthen innovation driven strategy，China needs to work for top-level design and countermeasures of it. For promoting the economic system reform，China must continue to transform government function，handle the relationship between the government and the market，and make the market plays a decisive role in the allocation of resources. In the aspect of promoting the modernization of national governance，China should pay attention to the requirements of modern governance. In the understanding of GDP growth，governments at all levels should take comprehensive condition analysis into consideration and give measures to changes in the rate of economic development.
