本文介绍了对中国配电网现状的调研结果,包括配电网的资产利用率、馈线负载的同时率、负载构成及特点、供电可靠性及可靠性价值、分布式可再生能源发电的接入等。由调研结果可得到中国配电网的12个事实现状,表明在中国实现配电网现代化面临巨大的挑战,需要提高资产利用率、供电可靠性和增加各种分布式可再生电源的接入量,以保证经济的可持续发展和应对日益紧张的环境和能源压力。根据挑战,本文总结了对智能配电网的六个潜在研发要求。
<<In this paper,investigations on the current states of power distribution grids in China have been introduced that cover the surveys of the practical distribution asset utilization,the simultaneity factor of feeder loading,the load compositions and characteristics,the reliability index and reliability value and the integration of distributed generations of renewable resources. Based on the survey results in the investigations,12 facts are clearly presented. It shows that the challenges to modernize the distribution grids in China are to improve the asset utilazition rates,the reliability of power supplies,as well as to integrate increasing amount of variable distributed renewable resources. Were it to do so,it would permit the sustainable development of the economy and deal with the increasingly tense pressure from energy and environment. Furthermore,based on the challenges 6 potential R&D requirements have been identified.
