Urban Ethics refers to a series of ethical principles and ethics that directly regulate and standardize people’s city life and work activities. Ethical system construction of China’s modern town is the fundamental requirement of the new urbanization with Chinese characteristics. We should explore the construction of contemporary Chinese urban ethics innovation along the two dimensions of time and space. This paper puts forward six measures to promote China’s modern urban ethical system construction. As an analyzing case，Changyang town has made positive efforts，and received good results in many aspects such as environmental ethics，ethical organization and activities，and ethical education.
