    新型城镇化下的房地产业发展趋势

    摘要

    本报告在分析了房地产业在国民经济中的作用的基础上,分析了新型城镇化与房地产业的关系,即新型城镇化为房地产业带来了新机遇,房地产业是新型城镇化的重要推动力量。然后,对房地产业目前的发展形势做出了判断,即房地产市场整体呈平稳发展态势;各地房地产发展水平差异较大;房地产多元创新不断涌现等。最后提出了房地产业健康发展的对策建议,主要有:各地房地产业发展一定要因地制宜;要从产城融合、城市运营角度,为城镇化提供相应的产业支撑;着力通过住房供给帮助城镇居民实现“住有所居”;为“三个1亿人”、为区域均衡发展服务。

    Abstract

    This report analyzes the relationship between the new urbanization and real estate,based on the analysis of the role of the real estate industry in the national economy. It is a new urbanization which has brought new opportunities for the real estate industry,real estate industry is an important force to promote the new urbanization. Then,the current development situation of the real estate industry made a judgment that the real estate market as a whole showed a stable development trend;level of real estate development around large differences;diverse innovations of real estate continue to emerge.Finally,we puts forward some suggestions of the healthy development of the real estate industry. They must be adapted to local conditions around real estate development;production from the integration of the city,urban operations perspective,to provide appropriate support for the industry and urbanization;to make efforts by housing,help urban residents to achieve the “Housing”;serves for three 100000000 people,for balanced regional development.
