作为占人口半数的妇女群体，其拥有社会保障的状况是衡量女性社会地位的重要指标。2010～2013年四年间福建女性在享有养老和医疗等6个方面的社会保障上取得了一定的成效，特别是社会保险制度的建立与发展，保障了福建居民共享经济社会发展的成果，但也还存在一些需要加以完善的问题。基于此，本研究提出了相应对策与建议。
<<As an important indicator to measure women’s social status，social security is further developed in terms of six aspects from 2010 to 2013，such as pension and health care. The establishment and development of social insurance system ensures Fujian residents to share fruits of economic and social development. However，there are some problems to solve.Countermeasures and suggestions are put forward as well.
