With the development of the Information Age，population of internet has been a part of our daily life. However，the urban-rural dualistic structure also exists in the spreading progress of internet. There exist huge differences between the developments of internet in urban areas and that in rural areas. In the progress of spread among minors，the gap between urban and rural are still remains. From the perspective “digital divide” theory，this article adopts empirical studies to discuss the disparities in internet use between minors in urban areas and rural areas.
