民营医院已经成为我国医疗服务体系中重要的组成部分,目前呈现出公立医院数量逐渐减少,民营医院迅速增加的发展趋势。特色经营被视为民营医院发展的“法宝”,很多民营医院走上了专科化经营的路子。做大、做强专科品牌,才能吸引更多病人,留住现有病人,在医疗市场竞争中立于不败之地。
武汉亚洲心脏病医院(以下简称“亚心医院”)和广州复大肿瘤医院(以下简称“复大肿瘤”)是我国专科民营医院中的佼佼者,前者心外科手术量连续十年居于全国前三位,后者母公司复大医疗正在谋求IPO。纵观武汉亚心和复大肿瘤的发展历程,重视人才队伍建设和规范化经营,是这两家医院成功的共同经验,值得其他民营医院同行借鉴与学习。
<<Private hospitals have become an important part of the health service system in China. Since characteristic management is regarded as “magic weapon” of the development of private hospital,more and more private hospitalsentered the path of specialization operation to construct branding,attract patients,and gain a leader’s position in the competition of market.
