民营医院要做大做强,诚信是绕不过去的门槛。本文认为,民营医院可以从建立标准体系、内部诚信建设、外部诚信建设、公共关系管理等方面着手,进行诚信文化建设。本文以东莞东华医院、淮南朝阳医院、温州康宁医院为例,介绍民营医院从人才培养策略、医院文化建设和公益性医疗等角度进行自我提升,建诚信医院的尝试。
<<Integrity is of great significance to the development of private hospitals. It is pointed out in this paper that the integrity culture establishment can be achieved by means of standard system construction,internal and external integrity culture enhancement and publication relations management. Moreover,best practices in Tung Wah Hospital,Huainan Chaoyang Hospital and Wenzhou Kangning Hospital are cited to illustrate the endeavors that have been taken by private hospitals to enhance talent cultivation,cultural construction and public welfare undertakings with the aim of fully establishing integrity culture.
