Integrity is of great significance to the development of private hospitals. It is pointed out in this paper that the integrity culture establishment can be achieved by means of standard system construction，internal and external integrity culture enhancement and publication relations management. Moreover，best practices in Tung Wah Hospital，Huainan Chaoyang Hospital and Wenzhou Kangning Hospital are cited to illustrate the endeavors that have been taken by private hospitals to enhance talent cultivation，cultural construction and public welfare undertakings with the aim of fully establishing integrity culture.
