<<China’s State Council issued “Some Ideas on Encouraging the Development of Healthcare Sector” in 2013，which represents an important milestone for the development of private healthcare. It proposes that the government should provide guidance while market and society should play an active and creative role. It also articulates a series of measures and policies to encourage society-run healthcare.
