However，the problems include the differential policy on the real estate industry，enterprises’ financing difficulties，inadequate of consumer confidence，the real estate market supervision mechanism still needs to be improved have affected the commercial housing sales in Qiannan，Therefore，Qiannan should take some measures to promote the steady development of the real estate market in the future，strengthen the supervision on real estate pre-sale funds，strengthen management on land transfer，the government should strengthen the regulation and control.
