There were two challenges of housing security in Guizhou province in the future，one was the Stock：the housing problem of existing urban migrant workers，anther was increment：the housing problem of newly migrant workers that will move into the urban. Therefore，Guizhou should provide a more comprehensive view of housing security，to solve the housing problem. Guizhou needs both the housing security system reform and promote the household registration system reform，speeding up the pace of the new type urbanization，and needs to increase the efficiency and promote fair.
