本文采用纵向比较法和横向比较法相结合的方法,通过分析房地产开发投资、房地产开发建设、房地产交易、房地产开发企业的个数、经营情况、资金来源和资产负债率,全面反映了贵州房地产市场发展态势。分析表明,贵州房地产市场发展平稳、市场潜力较大,但也存在经济增长过度依赖房地产开发投资的潜在风险。
