Values always as a major factor leading the pursuit of life，and Shenzhen as a typical immigrant city，more than 90% of the residents are from outside.The way of life，values and cultural characteristics of its inhabitants have distinct features.With the diversified immigration culture，investigating the relationship among cultural value，materialism values and life satisfaction of Shenzhen local residents and immigrants in this study. Found that cultural values and life satisfaction has significant positively correlation；materialism values and life satisfaction was negatively correlated.The research shows that the pursuit of cultural values conductive to enhance life satisfaction，but high materialism values can’t.In addition，it discusses the relationship between gender，education level，income，household factors，life satisfaction and the pursuit of value.And the results would to provide a useful reference for the further integration of diverse immigrants culture and building a harmonious happy immigrant society.
