Wuhan City Circle and Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration（referred to as Two-lake City Group）are both important urban agglomerations in the Middle Reaches of the Yangtze River. In the course of “two-oriented society” construction，both have experienced spacial expansion development and realized seamless link，but due to lack of coordination of space development，the force of Two-lake City Group has not yet fully shown. According to status of the spacial development of Two-lake City Group，the paper puts forwards suggestions and measures such as Industry dislocation development，ecological security，comprehensive transportation links and cooperation dialogue on environment construction，based on spacial coordinated development of Two-lake City Group.
