本文通过数据挖掘软件抓取2013年17件重大微博公共事件相关数据,从中筛选出微博讨论的意见领袖群体,对其群体特征与社会责任现状进行了分析。研究发现,微博意见领袖社会责任的行使主体主要为社会精英群体,社会草根群体逐步被边缘化。微博意见领袖的社会责任总体得分不高,特别是“教育大众”、“协调关系”作用没有被有效发挥。提升微博意见领袖社会责任的整体水平,需要意见领袖和政府的共同努力。
<<In this study,data related to 17 significant micro-blog public events are grabbed by data analysis software to filter out the Lead Disseminators in micro-blog discussion. This study analyzes the present situation characteristic and social responsibility of opinion leaders. The study found micro-blog opinion leaders,the social responsibility of the subject is mainly the social elite groups,social grassroots groups gradually marginalized. Micro-blog opinion leaders in social responsibility for the overall score is not high,especially the “education” function is not effective. To upgrade the overall level micro-blog opinion leaders in social responsibility,need to opinion leaders,the efforts of the government,network operators.
