视频网站已成为网络信息传播的重要主体,但发展中存在不健康元素,对视频行业的公信力和整个社会风气造成了不良影响,视频网站社会责任问题亟须引起各方重视。本文试图建构一套立足我国现实的视频网站社会责任评价指标体系,并对五大代表性网站进行测量。结果发现:视频网站社会责任履行总体状况中等;依托实力强大的传统媒体或门户网站建立的视频网站在获取优质内容方面占据一定优势,因而社会责任履行情况相对较好;一级指标中“提供娱乐”受到普遍重视,其次是“信息生产”和“协调关系”,“教育大众”和“文化传承”的社会责任履行情况有待提升。结合对一年来国内视频网站的全方位观察,本文提出,视频网站在履行社会责任方面需要特别注意娱乐化与低俗化、广告、公共性等问题,并提出改进策略。
<<Video websites have become the important subject in network information dissemination,but there are all kinds of unhealthy elements in the development of video websites. It has harmfully affected the credibility of the video industry and the whole society. The society responsibility problem of video websites to should be caused take seriously. This paper builds a set of social responsibility evaluation system of video websites and evaluates 5 representative sites. The results show,the overall situation of social responsibility to fulfill of video websites is not ideal;the video websites established relying on the powerful traditional media or portal site occupy a certain advantage in obtaining high quality content,so the social responsibility performance is relatively good;in first level indicators,“providing entertainment”has been paid general attention,followed by the “producing information” and “coordinating the relationship”,“educating the masses” and “cultural heritage”with low scores. In the end,the paper proposes some problems that should be paid more attention to when video websites fulfill social responsibility,and puts forward the improvement strategies.
