采用定点医疗机构医疗保险服务管理评价指标体系对广州市部分定点医疗机构进行实证评价，分析影响医疗保险服务管理能力建设的主要因素，从而提出加强定点医疗机构医疗保险服务管理能力建设的意见和建议，为广州市实施定点医疗机构分级管理制度提供数据支持和参保依据。研究发现，科学的指标体系能帮助提升医疗保险服务管理水平。
