少数民族中医药文化作为中国传统文化的瑰宝，其蕴涵的价值观念、伦理道德及人文精神彰显出民族中医药的独特魅力，是吸引少数民族中医药人才的重要因素，而少数民族中医药文化的传承和发展又必然离不开中医药人才的力量。本文从少数民族中医药文化传承问题切入，通过问卷调查，分析了少数民族中医药传承的现状、传承困境及其原因，从国家对中医药文化建设和传承的重视扶持以及中医药人才储备培养现状着手，探讨以中医药文化吸引中医药人才，以及以中医药人才培养推动中医药文化发展的问题。
<<As a treasure of Chinese Traditional Culture，the concept of value，ethics and humanism of Chinese Minority Traditional Medicine Culture reflect the unique charm of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Those are important factors in attracting talents of Minority Chinese medicine，and the inheritance of Chinese Minority Traditional Medicine Culture cannot develop without the power of the talents of Traditional Chinese Medicine. With the background of inheritance of Traditional Chinese Medicine Culture，through the questionnaire survey，the authors analysis the present situation，problems and their reasons of the inheritance of Chinese Minority Traditional Medicine. After analyzing the result of the government support for the Traditional Chinese Medicine Culture，and the situation of talents reserve and talents cultivation，the authors put forward some suggestions about how to attract more talents of Traditional Chinese Medicine and how to make Traditional Chinese Medicine talents cultivation to develop Traditional Chinese Medicine Culture.
