本文基于对大数据时代的社会特点分析,将大数据时代的人才按照人才需求模型划分为专家型人才、中间型人才、杂家型人才和T型人才四类,界定了各类人才的社会属性和历史使命,按照人才的不同职能层次分析了社会对各类人才的需求情况,进而借助人才效能公式给出了各类人才社会贡献的评价函数,最后针对不同人才从宏观和微观层面提出了我国大数据时代人才规划的几点建议。
<<Professional demanding model could be divided into expert talents,intermediate talents,inter-disciplinary talents and T-type talents in Big Data Age by their social characteristics,so the authors define their own social attributes and historical missions,and analyze the demand of all talents by different functional levels,build an assessment function of their social contributions by efficiency of talents formula. At last,the authors put forward some corresponding suggestions from micro and macro aspects.
