With a further adjustment of China’s economic structure and the intensification of the task of decreasing oversupply productivity，employment and resettlement of employees is very prominent. Based on field research about decreasing serious oversupply productivity in Hebei and Jiangsu provinces，this paper analyzes the regional and industrial situation of staff settlement and employment promotion as well as the main existing problems，and provides the way to solve the current problems and relevant policy recommendations.
