随着我国经济结构调整的不断深入,化解过剩产能工作力度的进一步加大,就业与职工安置问题日益突出。本文在对河北、江苏两省化解产能严重过剩行业和典型企业开展实地调研的基础上,深入分析这些地区和行业面临的职工安置和促进再就业形势以及存在的主要问题,研究提出解决当前问题的途径以及相关政策建议。
<<With a further adjustment of China’s economic structure and the intensification of the task of decreasing oversupply productivity,employment and resettlement of employees is very prominent. Based on field research about decreasing serious oversupply productivity in Hebei and Jiangsu provinces,this paper analyzes the regional and industrial situation of staff settlement and employment promotion as well as the main existing problems,and provides the way to solve the current problems and relevant policy recommendations.
