Based on the general information of foreign state-owned enterprises，this research studies the structure and level of executive compensation of typical countries’ state-owned enterprises as well as foreign countries’ policy measures for managing executive compensation of state-owned enterprises，and sums up the characteristics of supervision over executive compensation of state-owned enterprises abroad，and made a pertinent policy proposal in light of China’s actualities.
