目前我国已有十余部地方工资集体协商专项立法,但各地在立法目的和具体规定方面依然存在一些问题。今后开展工资集体协商专项立法工作应着重考虑澄清立法认识、界定法律覆盖、明确立法内容、配套相关法律等几个方面。
<<Currently,there are more than ten regions which have issued the wage collective bargaining law.However the motivation and detailed regulations are different between those regions.In order to instruct those regions which are preparing promulgating or drafting the relevant laws,we compare the current laws and put forward some proposals.
