劳动保障监察是劳动关系调整体系的重要组成部分。劳动关系矛盾的日益复杂化与我国法治化建设的日益深入,为劳动保障监察执法程序的完善提出新的挑战。实践中,劳动保障监察与劳动争议仲裁管辖衔接配合程序、拒不支付劳动报酬案件移送程序、执法文书的送达程序,是问题较多的环节,本报告对相关问题进行分析并提出切实可行的对策建议。
