The harmonious labor relations is the foundation of enterprise development，the cornerstone of a harmonious society. At present，labor relations is overall in harmony and stability in China，which plays an important role in maintaining sustained rapid economic development and social stability.Meanwhile，some problems related to labor relations are becoming more and more manifested，and drawing extensive social attention. This report is based on the combination of theory and practice，which in-depth analyzes present situation，hot issues，challenges and trends of Chinese labor relations，and proposed the basic idea and countermeasures for buliding Chinese characteristic harmonious-labor-relation.
