和谐劳动关系是企业发展的基础,社会和谐的基石。当前,我国劳动关系总体和谐稳定,为保持经济持续快速健康发展和社会稳定发挥了重要作用。同时,与劳动关系相关的一些问题也日益显现,并引发了社会的广泛关注。本报告基于理论与实践的结合,对近五年来我国劳动关系的发展现状、热点问题、挑战及趋势进行了深入分析,并提出了构建中国特色和谐劳动关系的基本思路和对策建议。
<<The harmonious labor relations is the foundation of enterprise development,the cornerstone of a harmonious society. At present,labor relations is overall in harmony and stability in China,which plays an important role in maintaining sustained rapid economic development and social stability.Meanwhile,some problems related to labor relations are becoming more and more manifested,and drawing extensive social attention. This report is based on the combination of theory and practice,which in-depth analyzes present situation,hot issues,challenges and trends of Chinese labor relations,and proposed the basic idea and countermeasures for buliding Chinese characteristic harmonious-labor-relation.
