本文首先对人力资源服务业的概念进行了界定,在此基础上对我国人力资源服务业的行业规模、机构及人员数量、机构类型、服务内容、主要业态等方面的情况和特点做出分析,预测了我国人力资源服务业发展的趋势,最后提出我国人力资源服务业发展中存在的问题和相关的政策建议。
