Since the College enrollment policy implemented in 1999，the number of university students has increased in a speed higher than the growth rate of talent economic growth needed，the employment situation is grim.This paper analyzes the current situation of college graduates in 2013，explores the reasons for the difficult employment of college graduates，interprets the policy in recent years to promote the employment of university students，and puts forward some employment policy recommendations.The key to enhance the employability of college students is college effective development of human resources，which is a systematic project requiring government，universities，businesses and students to promote.
