本文分析了战略转型的必要性，论述了战略转型的国内外研究现状，战略转型的内涵、特征及流程，介绍了我国企业战略转型的宏观环境，最后选取在2013年受各种因素冲击较为严重的银行业、煤炭业、房地产业、钢铁业以及航运业，对其战略转型进行研究。
<<This paper analyzes the necessity of strategy transformation，discusses the current research status of strategic transformation and strategic transformation of the connotation，characteristics，and analysis process，introduces the macro environment of our country enterprise strategic transformation and selected several industries that were impacted more severe by various factors in 2013 including banking industry，coal industry，the real estate industry，steel industry and shipping industry to analysis their strategic transformation.
