Facing the challenges from the fast updated technologies，globalized economies，unsure political aspects and imbalanced society situations，this paper has analyzed the evolution and development of global management，and discussed the current global management status from the 9 aspects which including political，economic，financial，military，culture，science and technology，environment，academic and enterprise，and also introduced the latest development trend of global management，expounded the current mainstream enterprise management methods. In order to understand and grasp the basic situation，hotspots of Chinese management，this article had a comprehensive investigation on management related activities，literatures and data，and analyzed the current status of Chinese management from practices and academics respectively between 2013 and 2014；and new missions for Chinese management have been raised in this article.
