With the rapid development of the domestic auto industry，the competition is becoming increasingly fierce among car companies. In order to narrow the gap between the other Automotive Group，Guangzhou Automobile Group must implement company merging and restructuring strategy. This paper analyzes the development process of Guangzhou Automobile Group in Hunan，describes the development of experience in the automotive companies such as GAC Changfeng，GAC Fiat，GAC Mitsubishi，and finally，prospects the future development of Hunan’s automotive industry.
