Rapid growth in car ownership has brought many problems.In order to control the excessive growth of car ownership，many cities have implemented restriction policies which will bring important influence for automobile dealers. The paper analyzes changes of car dealers and used car dealers’ living conditions and survival mode after the implementation of the Guangzhou automobile restriction policy，and puts forward some suggestions.
