Since the implementation of ‘purchase limit’ policy since 2012 July，Guangzhou auto bidding license，new energy cars and ordinary cars lottery license plates have different performance. This paper analyzes the trend of Guangzhou auto bidding license，new energy cars and ordinary cars lottery license. It is found that Guangzhou auto bidding price fluctuated because of‘line limit’policy；new energy cars lottery license has been depressed influenced by Guangzhou new energy automobile policy；ordinary cars lottery license plate has only nearly 1/40 success rate. Finally，the article put forward some suggestions on increasing the preferential policies for new energy cars and strengthening the construction of infrastructure of new energy cars to promote the new energy cars license plate rate，and strengthening the construction of public transport to promote the general car license lottery rate.
