Guangzhou’s auto production and sales which reached a new record rebounded quickly in 2013. This paper mainly analyzes the development of Guangzhou automobile industry in 2013，points out the shortages of the automobile industry，elaborates the trends and hot issues of Guangzhou automobile industry and forecasts on the development situation and tendency of the automobile industry in 2014 and the near future. The paper makes a forecast that vehicle production is expected to reach 2.2 million，and the output value of the auto industry will exceed 390 billion Yuan.
