消费信心是扩大国家内需的动力,是经济发展的重要因素。有关消费信心的研究已引起国内外政府、学界各方重视。为了解我国居民当前的消费信心整体情况及其影响因素,上海交通大学舆情研究室社会调查中心在搜集相关文献资料基础上设计了消费信心问卷,对全国36个城市的1080个居民进行了电话调查。研究从个人社会经济地位因素、媒介使用因素、民生现状满意度因素、社会环境因素四个方面的因素对我国居民消费信心的影响进行探索。研究结果将有有助于深入了解我国公民消费信心程度及影响消费信心的因素,以便为有关政策的制定提供科学的参考依据。
<<Consumer confidence is the drive of boosting domestic demand,as well as the key factor of economic growth. Studies regarding consumer confidence have drawn attention by the government and scholars. To understand Chinese consumers’ confidence and its related factors,Public Opinion Research Laboratory of Shanghai Jiaotong University have designed a telephone-survey questionnaire based on previous studies. A total of 1080 citizens from 36 cities have participated. The study covered four aspects of factors on consumer confidence,which include social economic status,media use,livelihood status,and social environment. The study shed light on Chinese consumers’ confidence status as well as in-depth understanding to its related factors.
