本报告根据浙江省中小企业自主创新的问卷调查，对中小企业自主创新的模式与影响因素进行了实证分析。研究得出中小企业自主创新的三种模式：独立研发、技术引进、合作研发，并比较了不同研发模式的转化效果。另外，文章分析了影响企业自主创新活动的6大内部因素和7大外部因素。最后，文章对提升中小企业自主创新能力提出了具体的政策建议。
<<The chapter analyzes the mode and factors of small and medium enterprises of China，based on the questionnaires of Zhejiang province. The three innovation modes which summarized as independent R&D，technology acquisition，cooperative research are analyzed. The 6 internal factors and 7 external factors of innovation of small and medium enterprises are provided and policy suggestions are given.
